All Twenty-seven names products are made in New Zealand. Sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing. We try to ensure that colours displayed on our website are accurate, but cannot guarantee that these are matched by your screen.
You can submit an order through this website. When you order goods from us, this constitutes an offer from you to buy those goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Only when we have accepted your order by sending you an order confirmation shall a contract be formed between you and us. Once you submit your order, you cannot cancel the order unless we agree. However, we will allow you to return goods in accordance with the returns policy set out below.
The price payable by you for any item you order shall be the price quoted on this website at the time your order is submitted. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and, where applicable, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). Please note that you are responsible for paying any import fees or duties which may be payable in relation to your order.
You can pay for your goods by any of the methods specified on the website. When paying by credit card, you authorise us to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your order.
REJECTION OF ORDERS
If we reject your order (for whatever reason) and your payment for the goods has already been processed, we will refund any money paid to us in respect of that order.
Some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a full or partial refund.

$20 flat rate for orders over NZD$300. Please expect significant delays due to Covid-19. If you would like to order from elsewhere, or have any questions about international shopping please email email@example.com
Your order will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that our stated delivery times are estimated within these business hours, and do not include processing time. Once your order has been shipped we will send an email confirmation with a link to tracking details. It is important that you supply us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery (9am-5pm weekdays). Please also add a phone number, as it is a requirement of a tracked courier service. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
We advise all international customers to seek their own information on local import charges. Remember that you will be responsible for any import fees or duties which may be payable in relation to your order. These are set by the receiving country and are out of our control. For further details on our customs policies, please refer to the ‘Customs Information’ below. We take no responsibility for delays at the receiver’s end as these can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. When ordering from us you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend being aware of your country’s customs policy prior to ordering.

If you would like to use an existing gift voucher online as payment please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call your preferred store and we will manually assist you.
We will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil, or deliver goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in respect of an order by you. If we are ever liable to you, or any other person, and we cannot rely on the exclusions of representations, warranties, or liabilities set out above, then our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the price of the goods.
If you are acquiring goods from this website for the purposes of a business, then you agree that the guarantees and remedies provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply to the supply of those goods.

The laws of New Zealand govern this agreement. Your transaction is deemed to have taken place in New Zealand.
Personal details you provide when ordering goods are held on a private database at twenty-seven names. We do not disclose this information to third parties, except as necessary for processing payments and delivering the goods. Full priced items valued at $150 or more may be placed on layby. Layby is not available for sale items or online purchases. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to begin the layby. Layby is available for a 6 week period only. We will make contact with you as the 6 week period draws to a close to arrange final payment. If we do not hear from you within a reasonable timeframe we will proceed with cancelling your layby and returning the item to stock. If you choose to cancel your layby within the 6 week period your 20% deposit can be transferred to a new purchase or issued as a credit note and any additional payments made refunded to you. If you choose to cancel your layby outside of the 6 week period the 20% deposit will be retained and any additional payments made will be refunded to you. Layby payments can be made in store or over the phone.
