Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund provided they are returned within 7 working days from delivery and have not been worn or washed and the tags are still in place, suitable for re-sale.

Sale items purchased online are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please choose your purchase carefully.

Items purchased using Afterpay are not eligible for a refund. Provided they are returned within 7 working days from delivery and fit the return criteria above a credit note will be issued.

Items purchased in store are eligible for an exchange or credit note for change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the garment meets the above returns criteria. Items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund.

All samples and seconds sales are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. 

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please notify immediately and we will look to remedy the situation.


We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly check and try on any ordered product as soon as it is received to ensure satisfaction with the item/s purchased.

In the event you’d like to return your purchase, please email or call us on +64 4 8016427 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving confirmation from us that we can receive the return, please send to the store that dispatched your order - a return address will be provided to you via email. Items must be returned via tracked post or courier within 7 days of the original delivery date. Packages that are untracked or lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of twenty-seven names. All return shipping costs back to twenty-seven names are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or washed and the tags are still in place, suitable for re-sale. If goods are eligible, they will then be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the items by twenty-seven names. We will let you know when the returned goods have been received and when the refund or exchange has been processed. In the case of an exchange, you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the delivery of replacement goods.

We will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. In the case of a fault we offer a repairs service. Visit us in store or email to discuss your options. 

Items purchased through a twenty-seven names stockist must be returned directly to them.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible within business hours. Please note that our stated delivery times are estimated within these business hours, and do not include processing time. Additionally, during sale periods and public holidays orders may be delayed due to reduced business hours or high volume of orders.

Once your order has been shipped we will send an email confirmation with a link to tracking details. It is important that you supply us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery (9am-5pm weekdays), as well as a phone number. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Remember that you will be responsible for any import fees or duties which may be payable in relation to your order. These are set by the receiving country and are out of our control. For further details on our customs policies, please refer to the ‘Customs Information’ section in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ Twenty-seven names takes no responsibility for delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Items can be collected from any of our three retail store locations free of charge. Please note not all items are available in all stores. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect.
