how it fits
we've noted down a few measurements to give you a more accurate indication of whether or not this garment will fit you like a glove.
so what we've done is measured the actual garment at particular points. we recommend getting out your measuring tape (or string and a ruler) and checking your own measurements against the tables below. bearing in mind we design hoping that you can have your cake and eat it too, ask yourself - if the waist measurement of the garment is 90cm, will it fit me well? will i be able to eat lunch? will i be able to eat dessert? here at twenty-seven names we're all about 'wearability' whilst remaining très chic. as a rough guide - you want your own waist measurement to be 3-4cms smaller than the waist measurement of the garment you're purchasing.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible within business hours. Please note that our stated delivery times are estimated within these business hours, and do not include processing time. Once your order has been shipped we will send an email confirmation with a link to tracking details. It is important that you supply us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery (9am-5pm weekdays), as well as a phone number. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Remember that you will be responsible for any import fees or duties which may be payable in relation to your order. These are set by the receiving country and are out of our control. For further details on our customs policies, please refer to the ‘Customs Information’ section in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ Twenty-seven names takes no responsibility for delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange please email
store@twentysevennames.co.nz within 7 days of purchase with your original order number. Items must be returned via tracked post or tracked courier. Return shipping costs of the refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Twenty-seven names is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to send item/s in an appropriate and safe manner. Please note the item must be sent back within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way and the tags are still in place. We will let you know when the returned goods have been received and when the refund or exchange has been processed. In the case of an exchange you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the delivery of replacement goods.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale, unless the items were faulty at the time of sale or the incorrect item was sent.
