Standard fit through shoulders and bust, loose fit through the waist. Not designed to be worn tight-fitting.
Accessibility note: this dress fastens with a small shell button and loop at the back neck. This button is reachable if you are able to put your hands behind your head. To get the dress over your head you'll likely need to undo this button. Wheelchair users might find the long, floaty skirt needs to be tucked. For any specific accessibility needs not mentioned above please get in touch and we're happy to provide further detail.

Items can be collected from any of our three retail store locations free of charge. Please note some orders may take 3 working days to be ready for collection if we need to transfer stock from another store. If you require same day collection please give us a call first to confirm we have the item in your preferred location. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect.

Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund provided they are returned within 7 working days from delivery and fit our return criteria.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible within business hours. Please note that our stated delivery times are estimated within these business hours, and do not include processing time. Additionally, during sale periods and public holidays orders may be delayed due to reduced business hours or high volume of orders.
Once your order has been shipped we will send an email confirmation with a link to tracking details. It is important that you supply us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery (9am-5pm weekdays), as well as a phone number. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Remember that you will be responsible for any import fees or duties which may be payable in relation to your order. These are set by the receiving country and are out of our control.
