Standard fit - true to size at waist and hip. You can wear the Natalies tight, or loose - depending on your style. The fabric has a stretch to it and will loosen up after a few wears. If you want a tight fit consider going down a size.

Once your order has been shipped we will send an email confirmation with a link to tracking details. It is important that you supply us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery (9am-5pm weekdays), as well as a phone number. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange please email
store@twentysevennames.co.nz within 7 days of purchase with your original order number. Items must be returned via tracked post or tracked courier. Return shipping costs of the refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Twenty-seven names is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to send item/s in an appropriate and safe manner. Please note the item must be sent back within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way and the tags are still in place. We will let you know when the returned goods have been received and when the refund or exchange has been processed. In the case of an exchange you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the delivery of replacement goods.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale, unless the items were faulty at the time of sale or the incorrect item was sent.
